Our free estimates are very simple, however, do require some explanation. Please read through all of this to understand. Also, understand, we do value your time and your computer, however, we service every computer the same way.

1. •Service is based on a first come first served basis.
   

2. •The time you check your computer in to the time it is first looked at is based on business days. We are open Saturdays, however, it is normally reserved for finishing the weeks work and helping weekend customers.
   

3. •From the time that your machine is placed on “the bench” to your being called may take a few hours to a day. We do a very thorough examination of your computer to determine what is best for your computer to bring it back to the best operating condition possible. We do not skimp anywhere.
   

4. •Priority service. This service offers faster service based on a $45 charge. Your machine will get moved from the end of the line to the front of the line and will get the Free estimate faster. The actual diagnosis is no faster, the wait time is only shortened. This charge does not apply to the normal labor rates. This must be paid up front and is non-refundable.
